The times they are a changin’
My dad rode horses as a kid; but he was the third person in town to buy a car. He was fourteen years old. The car was a 1908 Overland. It cost $250. The banker asked him whose boy he was. Upon hearing my grand father’s name, the banker shelled out the money, shook his hand; that was it. My dad was born in 1903 so this would have been 1917. Much has changed in transportation and much has changed in the value of a man’s word. And the value of a dollar has changed. Our transportation has changed for the better I suppose. But the value of the dollar is down 96% since the Federal Reserve started laundering our money.
About that same time the Godless progressives started laundering our children’s minds. They washed out all those ethics taught in the Bible. Today there is no right or wrong. In fact, the enlightened ones now teach that wrong is right and right is wrong. Now they scratch their heads wondering why the ethics of this generation are gone. If you’re not accountable to God then who are you accountable to? In the past there was talk about a slippery slope but we are now at the bottom of the slope and I for one see the darkness of the abyss below.
