Pelosi

Nancy Pelosi is a shrewd politician. Her dad was a Baltimore mayor and her mother, although not in elected office, was heavily involved and nurtured little Nancy in the devil’s trade. After moving to California she very aggressively sought political influence and ended up in the easiest of political seats to maintain, San Francisco.

I don’t hold career politicians in high regard as they become self-serving and self-righteous. Half the members of Congress are millionaires and Nancy is 6th richest in that number. During the mandated lockdowns, she clearly showed she was above the law by getting her hair done. Sadly her attitude doesn’t seem to bother her constituents as she handily defeats every contender to her throne.

Pelosi represents a slice of humanity that revels in indecent and immoral behavior so it is no wonder that she is an abusive, pushy, bitchy, insincere representative who fine-tuned the “means justifies the end” mentality.

In my view, Nancy Pelosi is a deplorable woman who from the get-go in politics was only interested in her own power and profit. She is the architect of the desire for a one-party state.

Her latest orchestration of the election manipulation of Biden’s “win” was well- executed, but somewhat clumsy, leaving the Democrats open to litigation. It’s my hope she loses her speaker’s role and becomes a mumbling demented old fool like Joe. She can finish her days eating the expensive icecream she so brags about and perhaps pass away and meet her Maker with a popsicle stick still hanging from her mouth.

The KKK Boogymen

Anyone can belong to the KKK I would assume. We tend to think that KKK members have nothing in common with average Americans. One black man, Daryl Davis, has befriended many KKK members. By doing this, he has been able to “cross the bridge” to come to an understanding of their mindset and actually made friends with many.

Donald Trump stands for a more conservative view of America and that includes a view that people are free to think what they want but not at the same time not necessarily do what they want if that infringes on other people’s rights.

So, the KKK has a right to exist and are at the best silly looking but are not more dangerous or even close to being as intimidating as BLM or Antifa. Their numbers are small but like all groups, they have somethings in common with others although some of what they think may be offensive. So a member of any group could be a one-issue voter (coal miner, steelworker, etc.) and Donald Trump may be doing things that bolster the things they value in life.

That being said, we must be careful not to be overly crazy about groups who have no real power. I used to live in Couer de lene Idaho. Years ago the Aryan Nation was issued a permit to have a parade through town. The news media went crazy. The politicians had to do something to prove they were “good” people. And what pray tell? The city government spent $100,000 on special policing of the parade.

Now consider that there were 20 participants in the parade. Let that sink in. The local government spent $5000 per parade participant to protect the public from the white supremacists. So every taxpayer had to pay four dollars to pay for security for a parade that no one would have noticed if it wasn’t for media exposure.

This “Aryan Nation uprising” was news coast to coast to the detriment of the people of Idaho. Idaho was thought by many to be a stronghold for white supremacists groups which although some were there it in no way reflected who people from Idaho were.

So the politics of racism are alive and well in America. It used to be that “sex sells”; now it’s “racism that sells”. I think the KKK and other groups who are predominantly white are not quite the boogeymen they’re made out to be. As for the Aryan Nation? I think they moved to Pennsylvania.

The Image of God

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

He created us and then God told us to be fruitful and create new life from our bodies. When we have a child, we are creating a life in the image of God. God loved his whole creation and declared it (including us) to be good.

With the fall of Adam and Eve, we ceased to be good. But we didn’t cease to be loved. God wanted us to be reborn into that innocent state that was good. Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and we should treat it as so. We should strive to keep it as clean and pure as possible with the Holy Spirit’s help. We are spirit beings but we still retain our bodies. In the resurrection, we will be given new bodies. We won’t be male or female or have any earthly allegiance such as race. We will have returned to that innocent perfection, the image of Jesus Christ.

Our bodies are many times marred and destroyed by the things that cause us to die. Those things can’t be helped but I believe if at all possible we should respect the body that God gave us when we are buried. Cremation is becoming fashionable and the most economical option for burial. I personally don’t believe it’s what God would prefer. To fry a person to ashes is disrespectful. I can’t imagine having my treasured wife’s body destroyed in such a way.

Reverence for a person’s body seems to be a constant theme in scripture. When Jesus died, he had been beaten beyond recognition, but at the same time, scripture tells us that none of his bones would be broken. God poured out His wrath on Christ just like the men who beat him so mercilessly but Jesus was the very image of God and I don’t believe that God wanted to have his only begotten son’s bones broken.

A rich man asked for the body of our Lord to give him a proper, respectful burial. This man loved Christ and didn’t want his body disrespected; he didn’t want the body of Jesus treated in the pagan tradition. I don’t believe God wanted that either.

Amos 2: 1 Thus saith the Lord; For three transgression of Moab, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime.

Edom was a descendant of Esau. Amongst the sins of Moab was the obliteration and cremation of the body of Edom’s king. I don’t believe God enjoys bodies created in His image to be destroyed by the hand of man.

Likewise, when we abort a child in the womb, we are crushing the head and pulling the limbs from a body that was created by the design of God himself.

I reiterate, all mankind is made in the image of God or should we say, created in a fashion to give God pleasure. Whatever destroys the body causes anguish for the Holy Spirit and anger in the heart of God. In life and death, we should respect the bodies whose image we were made in.

I realize that God is a spirit and we worship Him in spirit but everything God made is for His pleasure and like the Garden of Eden we should be maintaining it for His pleasure.

Jumping Off the Cliff

Massive mail-in voting will be problematic from a logistics standpoint and a fraud standpoint. The post office will be bogged down by the deluge making counting ballots in a timely manner impossible.

Verifying ballots is a quagmire in itself.

The Democratic Party has already voiced that they will not abide Donald Trump winning which would certainly indicate that all stops will be pulled and no tactic is out of bounds in their endeavor to secure power.

To bolster this thought I offer the Stacey Abrams election. Now in the end she did not win but when a poll worker happens to find boxes of ballots in her trunk after the election which just happens to favor Abrams, it is very believable that the Democrats will do anything to win. Abrams still insists she should be governor.

As for the world laughing? That’s already happening. We have the greatest country and the world can’t understand why we want to destroy it. I don’t understand it either save for history. When people start putting rights before responsibility, the decline of the nation has reached the cliff’s edge. And there are those who are eager to jump off.
