There is much controversy over those four letters. Some want America to return to the days of wealth and influence it once had. This is contrary to the view of the previous president of these United States. He stated that America needed a fundamental change, a place where it had no more influence and power than any other nation. In short, it was time for America to decrease and to pay restitution for the “crimes” it committed.

The current president feels the opposite and is dismantling what his predecessor did. By eliminating many of the regulations that have accumulated for sixty years, businesses are now free to progress, hence the huge increase in the economy.

So there are two camps, one dedicated to free expression and the other to monitoring past and present sins and exacting punishment and retribution on the designated conspirators. This divide between the haves and the have-nots, the responsible and social justice crowd, is brewing a stew which may come to a boil and spill over into bloodshed and civil war.

In Romans chapter one it plainly states what men are like and how it will be when the unrighteous gain full control. If we read carefully we notice what God is angry about. It’s not just the sins people commit; those are enough to incur the wrath of God. The main thing is simply this.

Even though the very creation screams of His existence, His power, and glory, men choose not to have Him in their thoughts and consider His commandments.

Romans !:18-25 ForFor the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shown it to them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.

Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves; who changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever.

I want to offer a new way of looking at MAGA that perhaps is more thought-provoking: Make America Grateful Again.

America is filled with ungrateful people and we are importing droves of people with the same sentiment. Instead of what can I do, it’s what can the collected taxes do for me. Social and justice are words that at best conjure the desire for revenge. We’ve all got these “rights” that aren’t earned and someone else is supposed to supply those needs and desires.

There isn’t enough money in the entire world to pay for the things everyone needs let alone what people think they have a right to. We live in a time of massive preoccupation with self by many and a lack of desire and ability to supply the lusts of the needy and greedy.

Reread Romans Chapter One slowly. Let’s soak in, understanding the truth of life, that men do not change, and their only hope is submission to Jesus Christ and humbling themselves to their own cross and following Him.

I think we could kickstart a whole movement by just Making America Grateful Again.

Rich guy. Lost it all. God allowed it. Three friends who tried to comfort him but ended up making up good religious reasons for Job’s condition. Job had a wife of course. The devil didn’t kill her, just the seven sons and three daughters. Being a rational wife she told Job to tell God to go to hell and then die. It gives me the impression that Job’s wife and children were fairly expendable. God allowed Satan to do whatever, just don’t kill Job.

Satan was a crafty little dude. Killing all the children. Right on. Sheep, oxen, and servants? Yes. But, unhappy bitchy wife. Nah, let’s leave her in place, a cheerleader for Satan. Pressure, Satan needed pressure to make Job curse God and who better to supply that than his ungodly wife. Ungodly? She never came alongside Job and said, “honey, I think we should pray about this”. No, it’s before the “comforters” came, “let’s curse God”. He’s to blame. Why if he was a good God this wouldn’t have happened. Happy wife, happy life. No, Job’s got to curse God and die. Maybe she had life insurance, I don’t know. But Job was not of any use to her anymore.

The story of Job has always been “weird” to me. Maybe not weird but frightening. All the tragedy happened within minutes, even at the same time. Job knew instinctively this was God’s doing. The Lord gives and the Lord takes away, right? He didn’t understand why. That’s what I’m trying to figure out.

I know that God chastens the son he loves but that’s some pretty heavy chastening. And allowing the death of all his children? That’s horrendous. Is it possible Job’s children were much like their mama? Ungrateful, prideful, self-indulgent, older kids; maybe they’d already been given enough time to repent. After all, Job sacrificed daily just in case his kids sinned. I think he knew they continued sinning long after they’d been warned. Job was unequally yoked, at least that’s how it seemed. She likes to party too. Job? No, he was humble before the Lord. Boring guy. God’s guy.

Satan walks in (with other angels) to God’s presence. The arch-enemy that he is, he just waltzes in like he owns the place. What you up to Satan? Oh, looking around the earth. God says, “have you considered my servant Job?” Ya, God, you’re his sugar daddy, he lives a charmed life, of course, he loves you. Take away his goodies and he will curse you to your face. Go for it Satan. Just like that. Everything Job had was now in Satan’s hands. Except for his life. And Satan had Job’s wife for a cheerleader.

I notice how God so easily tosses the lives away of those that don’t love Him. Ten human beings. After all is said and done, God gives Job ten more, kinda like, here ya go, ten kids, have some more. It makes me think about the verse: “it’s a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God”. The Bible says “His ways are above our ways.” It is impossible to understand God. I recognize his respect for position and authority that he has endorsed. All the despots who ever lived have been given their position by Him. The misery of war, famine, pestilence, and cruelty of man have gone on unabated since the beginning. We can’t understand.

We think of God as all-powerful and he is. There are certain things God cannot do. He cannot lie. He cannot learn. He has the ability to forget. He asks Job “were you there when I laid the heavens in place? That’s a loose paraphrase, but essentially God’s saying, “who do you think you are?” God created us and we are dependant on the air He created. We are just a wisp of air, of no more significance than a blade of grass; we have no position, no authority beyond what He gives us.

All things were created by Him and for His pleasure. He finds no pleasure in sinners. We are expendable. Without Jesus Christ, we have no value. The blood of Christ gives us value.

The beginning of knowledge is the fear of God. He says, “Don’t be afraid of those that kill your body but be afraid of Him who, after killing your body, throws your soul into Hell.” Hell? Can’t fathom that; how could anyone be sent there? How quickly we can fall into His hands.

Job’s children fell into the terrifying hands of God. Obedience is the only thing that impresses God. Accepting His provision is our only way into His presence. With Christ, we can boldly come before Him. He is looking for a bride for his son. For those who love Jesus Christ and can’t wait to see Him, they will be welcomed in to become the children of God.

The internet generation is critically deficient in their ability to discriminate real news from fake news. Being most of their time is spent staring at screens which display pre-planned thoughts, reality has become almost fluid, even nonexistent. Long established truth is questioned. Truth is now based on feelings not on experienced history.

They have no idea and no skills to verify anything they read. And they only read books produced for the consumption of useful idiots. There is no difference between news and advertising. The source for a news story is at best anonymous and at worse, unnecessary, as personal bias is now satisfactory for their story-telling. Rumor and accusations are news and especially if they’re biased to the left; their feelings drive “reporting” and with fingers in the ears defiantly object to their target’s defense. Discernment isn’t thought to be a necessary virtue which makes them voices without charm and pursue an agenda without mercy.

For this reason, completely unhinged, lunatic ideas have merit in their minds. The future is controlled by mindless idiots devoid of reason and dedicated to a future that can’t come true.

I believe we live in the end times.  How long “end times” last is hard to measure. It was over a hundred years for Noah.

The first end time guidepost for me is Israel coming back as a nation. If you read accounts of the war in 1967 you understand how miraculous that was.  Since that time the world’s attention has been constantly on Israel; it became a cup of trembling.  Jerusalem was to be the capital and it took a man with thick skin to make that happen. 

We read in the book of Daniel about Nebuchchadnezzer, an arrogant dictator whom God refers to as his servant. Daniel 2:21 And he changeth the times and the seasons; he removeth kings and setteth up kings; he giveth wisdom unto wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding.  So it is God who brings people to power for his purpose. 

If that is true, then I must look at history with a different eye.  God loves the world, everybody, and isn’t willing that any should perish.  We, on the other hand, are more than willing that people perish.  Wouldn’t it be a better world if Kim Jung Un died and got his just rewards?  If anyone deserved retribution, it would be him.  The pastors in South Korea have been praying for years for him to perish.  He is a wicked man.  It was suggested to some that they should pray for Kim’s salvation and now have started doing so.  Will he repent?  I don’t have that much faith, but what we do know is that anything is possible with God.

President Obama celebrated the legalization of Sodom and Gomorrah by lighting up the White House in the colors of the rainbow.

I don’t like it, hate it, and like Lot am vexed by all the sexual lunacy unleashed on our children.  But God said that is how it would be before Christ would return.  So, I don’t have to like it but if Christ is to return it will happen.  Next milepost.  Nation shall rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom.  Kingdoms are ethnic groups and we can see the purposed dividing of our ethnic groups.  This one will affect myself and those I love the most because people with no color are deemed to be to blame for every malady of life.  Even the moon landing is being called racist.  White privilege is the ability to suffer life’s universal indignities without blaming another ethnic group. Are we without sin? Are we culpable in many crimes? Yes. Do we have the ability to make reparations? No.

The idea that inclusion, multiculturalism, and diversity will bring us together is pure nonsense. The flag and the allegiance to this country is not something to be taken lightly. When someone of a different culture comes here, they must discard their dedication to the old world. The only advantage in diversity is the set of skills you bring from the old world. Inclusion has no value as it’s very definition means to combine everyone’s values together and therefore making none of them worth considering.

We’re brought together by the cross of Jesus Christ. That requires us to humble ourselves, stop doing wicked things, and serve God and take care of those created in His image. That’s the will of God.

Four congresswomen of color, all ungrateful for the privilege of living in the United States. They’ve been elected to office to lead this government and yet all they do is complain how racist and unfair America is.

It’s no different than ballplayers making millions of dollars, living an expensive lifestyle and doing the same; resenting this country for the freedom it provides them. They’re all spoiled, self-righteous brats. This hatred for America has been ingrained in their brains by leftist school teachers. In fairness they, along with our own children, have been taught that America and its Judeo Christian value system are too blame for all the suffering in the world.

The plan from the very beginning is to undermine the populations allegiance to this country so that their socialist propaganda, seeded in school years, can come to full fruition. We are now entering the violence phase of the game.

The Democrats have played a long game and had been patient till November 2016. Because of the internet, the truth is out of the bag. No longer are we dependant on Marxists for our news. There is a shift in many minds and many are thinking that throwing the whole country away isn’t such a good idea.

Their monopoly is over. They can no longer just make friends and influence idiots. That works for many millennials and die-hards, but there are still a substantial number of people who strive for the normal life of having a family, seeing them grow and prosper, and enjoying their grandchildren.

Pray for peace, but be vigilant. Watch your back. These thugs mean business. Taking no for an answer isn’t an option for them.
