The press is nothing more than a propaganda machine for the Democrats (Marxists). Hourly, day after day, the assault on Donald Trump drones on, everyone in the swamp (those who depend on government grants) is fighting back against the one man who stands in the way of their taxpayer theft. Unfit, deranged, dangerously narcissistic, are just a few of the accusations hurled against a man that defies their positions of power and influence.

Hypocrisy is endemic to the culture of the left. Take the case of Jamal Khashoggi. There is no need to cover the fate of this poor man although his statement that he feared being arrested causes me to wonder why he’d be anywhere near the Mideast. He went into the consulate to obtain divorce papers as his fiance Hatice waited outside. Apparently, his love and desire for his fiance put his life at risk.

In 1970 I came home from my two-year military obligation. I returned and for some time lived with my parents. Our parents had a neighbor that worked in Saudi Arabia and he would come home once a year. He had an older Jaguar and my dad just happened to be a very good mechanic. In those days the average mechanic wouldn’t touch an overhead cam engine and the dealer charged the proverbial arm and leg for any work on the car. So, my dad would do engine work on his Jaguar. The man whose name I no longer remember would tell stories of living in Saudi Arabia. He told of being in the city and the local police would gather all those in the immediate area to witness the beheading of an individual. This was common in the years he worked there. The police would whack your hand off if you stole anything. He said you could drop your wallet on the ground and you could be sure it would be there the next day; no one would risk losing a hand.

The Saudi government has always been brutal; Islam is brutal. The planes which flew into the World Trade Towers were manned by Saudi pilots. The press weren’t so ready to point fingers at the Saudi government then. No, they decided it probably was an inside job. I wonder if all this inside job talk would have taken place if Al Gore had been president. Whatever the case any criticism of Islam was deemed to be off the table.

What was different? Jamal Khashoggi was a journalist and exceedingly more valuable than a few people working at the World Trade Center. No rash decision could be made in September 2001 but now we must stray another time from common sense because Donald Trump is president. Everything is blamed on Donald Trump. In their view, he should respond like everyone else does, irrationally and before all facts are known. The media are unabashedly hypocritical.

The swamp needs draining. Washington D.C. has become one incestual party with political hacks and media thugs hiding unthinkable sins. I hope President Donald J. Trump drains it completely

The left is on a relentless purge of constitutional and moral values. Permanent political victory is their goal. That’s why the electoral college is being attacked and talk of packing the Supreme Court spews from the lips of these tyrants. They have control of education, media, entertainment, every facet of human exposure to influence; it’s not enough. They are on the cusp of thrusting the final sword through the heart of free thought, of personal rights, of every facet of liberty.

And it’s all been done without one shot being fired.

April 9, 2017, St. Mark’s Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Tanta, Egypt was bombed. Forty-five people were killed and one hundred twenty-six were injured. Tragic. The recent bombings in New Zealand were tragic too. Hate, coupled with fear is deadly.

Christian churches being bombed and Christians being tortured are no big deal to this Christ-hating world. Some give lip service to the atrocities but as a whole, not much is said. The reason? People who kill and maim Christians are doing the world’s bidding and the further we get from Auschwitz, Jewish persecution is also gaining support in some quarters.

White people are not politically correct humans, granting that they are human. That’s why anything a white person does or says is racist; the lack of pigment in their skin is proof of their unworthiness to have a voice in society. It is no wonder that some on the fringe of “white society” are fearful of what may come next for them. Unfortunately a few strike out against those that hate them. It doesn’t make it right, but in this world of identity politics, the encouraged hatred of whites is reaching a crescendo.

The other side (the left and their well-trained minions) are offended by “micro-aggressions”, whatever that is and are ready to blow up the whole country in revenge. Their thinking is skewed by their inability to differentiate between politics and justice. That is exactly why the bombing of a Christian church is of no importance. Muslims bomb most Christian churches worldwide. Nothing can be said against a Muslim; they are politically acceptable to the left.

Islamaphobe, homophobe, and all the rest of the “phobes” are defined as springing from bigotry by people on the wrong side of the aisle. You see, a Muslim can be trusted to throw a bomb in the right place just as a homosexual can always be trusted with a child and a woman knows which child should be discarded. It’s whites, heterosexual men (except Muslim men) that are evil and need to be disenfranchised.

Jesus Christ said, if they first hated me, they will hate you. The fringe isn’t Christian; they kill Christians. If Christians and Jews were the only ones killed, the story wouldn’t drag on and on. The left hate and lie because that is what their father does.

It behooves us not to let politicians rattle our cages too much so that we say and do things that are unloving and unredeemable. Sin is a reproach to any nation and any man. Don’t let that man be one of us. Loving your enemies takes a total commitment to obedience to Christ. I work on that continually as I must remember they are perishing and really don’t know God will hold them accountable. I pray for peace.

I was blessed to have a very kind father. He never beat us, yelled, or did what so many do; he was a gentle man. For that, I am most grateful. He talked about his life at times, what he witnessed, how the world had changed, what he believed, but not the eternal nagging questions about life. Maybe much of it was just not to be put into words. I knew a lot of what he believed but not always why he believed.

I got to thinking and realized I’ve done much the same. Before you marry someone you should know the what and why of their beliefs. I didn’t know my own beliefs and my thoughts weren’t always reflected in what I said and my actions. So I needed to know myself before I even tried to know my girlfriend. We got married not knowing enough about each other, but you do find out. So you spend a lifetime trying to meld two value systems together. If you work at it, you become one.

Children come along and you do the fundamental work of parenting. You play, teach, nurture, in short care for them as they grow. Their value system is not taught by you but caught by them as they watch your example. What would have been a good idea is to let them in on who I was and where I was coming from. Thirty-some years later, they have their own kids and I realize that they don’t know the real me.

My dad is gone. He’s not talking anymore. I’m farther along the trail than I’d like to be; I won’t be talking much longer either. That’s the real purpose of my writing. Yes, I write all these words for everyone. In fact, anyone reading this knows more about me than anyone else. Those closest to you, your spouse, your children, are your peers, your equals. My teaching, talking days are over.

What this is all about is simple. Talk while there is still day, when your relationships are young. The young want to know; the older you get the less you want to know. Dead men don’t talk so talk now.

Power corrupts the morals and the judgment. There is no clearer message from history. I often tell people that if I were elected to office and put in charge of spending a billion dollars, I’d believe that I was smart enough to spend it wisely. This is nonsense. None of our politicians balance the budget. They borrow money every year in greater and greater amounts to fund programs that keep the citizenry happy, at least happy enough to keep the whole house of cards building.

Which brings us to the words that best describe what we have in this country; two governments, one elected and another unelected. We refer to this other government as the “Deep State”. Last August, NBC said that “It feels like there are two governments working against each other”. This sentiment has been noted by others throughout the years including the mayor of New York John F. Hylan (1918-1925) and Senator Daniel K. Inouye who said, “There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself.” I also believe there is this shadow government made up of bureaucracies that regulate and control our lives, many times in ways we’re not even aware.

By being re-elected time after time or by being in a bureaucracy for years, your power is unabated. You hone your skills in exercising that power and for many, corruption is a natural outplaying of the circumstance. It would be unfair to say all, but I maintain that many of those in powerful positions have over time entered depraved activities like child sex trafficking, drug running, and participation in occult rituals. That may be a bold statement, but when the limits of legitimate power have been reached and someone wants more, the only alternative is to seek power in the depraved parts of our culture. The same can be said for the entertainment industry.

The workings of the Deep State cannot be denied though I’ve seen a couple people try; The long and short of it is this, the power in Washington D.C. and Hollywood have had a long run lasting decades. The Bible says, be sure your sins will find you out; and their/our sins are about to be exposed. There is much hidden. Uncovering it will be debilitating to the economy and destroy the confidence of the public.

This is just a reminder of why Donald Trump was elected and that is to expose the Deep State and destroy its power over our nation. He will succeed with your prayers. We’ve got to want it if we’re going to get it. The fight will get worse. The left has a scorched earth policy, it’s their way or destroy the nation. I believe, with God’s help, we will win.
