Enduring to the End
Today is the day of salvation. Tomorrow may not come for us individually. I’ve put off saying some things that may make me sound like a lunatic. Being contrarian to the world view or should I say accepted view is to cause people to think you’re crazy. Jesus told us that the end would be like no other time in history. Atrocity has been the norm throughout recorded history. The questions to ponder is what is different about the time of the end. In large part I believe it’s because God will remove his hand of protection from the earth. Evil will not be constrained and mankind will have no place to hide. We can see the disintegration of civility as Biblical law and standards are discarded. I don’t believe once the Darwinian sexual deviancy box has been opened that men will repent and turn from their wickedness. The case of Nineveh would seem to offer an opposite view but we are aware that we are living in a different era since Israel became a nation. I’m not a prophet but I can read scripture and if we are to arrive at the place Jesus said we would be, that there might be no faith when he returned, then a slide into total depravity isn’t so far fetched. Remember, before the flood there was just Noah and his family. Lot was vexed in his spirit daily before he was removed. Not much faith existed in those times so it is unlikely to be any different in the end time. I will comment on coming things in the future but in the meantime I recommend checking out http://www.stevequayle.com and http://www.skywatchtv.com We are told that he who endures to the end will be saved. Our faith and everything we believe will be tested. We will endure if we are willing. I keep preaching this same message to prod everyone to remember that this world is not our home and get ready for the return of our Savior.
