Human Trafficking
President Trump doesn’t like human traffickers. I wish everyone in our government felt the same way. I wish we all felt that way. Last year the Department of Justice secured convictions against nearly 500 defendants in human trafficking and the Federal Bureau of Investigation dismantled 42 criminal enterprises engaged in child sex trafficking. The Department of Homeland Security initiated over 800 human trafficking cases, resulting in 1,500 arrests, 530 convictions, and over 500 victims identified. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
Last I looked there were 45,468 sealed indictments. I have a suspicion something big and foul is about to break. The pedophiles won’t be happy. Homosexuals won’t be happy. Hollywood won’t be happy. Politicians won’t be happy. With that many indictments, surely some of that crowd will be affected. So if this administration can follow through with this assault on perversion, we will find many on the perverted side were involved. This isn’t to say that they’re the only ones but they have a lot to lose if it all comes to pass.
What is most exciting is the politicians who support and/or participate will finally be held accountable for the suffering they profit from. It will be a glorious day if it comes about. The tragic part will be dealing with the friends, relatives, and others who supported and made excuses for these atrocities. Indeed, we may find that they rebel and readily start the civil war we all should be afraid of.
