Puerto Rico
The United States has twenty three “gator” ships for supporting our troops with food, medicine, etc. Three are servicing the people devastated by the hurricane in Puerto Rico. A few of these ships are in maintenance, thirteen are on the east and west coasts. The rest? Around the world taking care of possible needs in other countries. So our citizens pay for it all, but the world benefits. Maybe it’s time to let our leaders know: we paid for it and we should reap the benefits when we need it.
