

We The People
We the people. What are we the people doing? Our founders wrote: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
There is much opposition to the constitutuion in our culture. Our children have been taught that our founders were nothing more than slave owners and therefore what they thought was irrelevant in our day. We are so much more educated, enlightened; it is this generation that knows the difference between good and evil. A new generation of fools is always on the horizon.
Do the “enlightened” ones want a more perfect union? No, they only want to divide and conquer. What about justice? They parade around shouting “black lives matter” whilst killing innocent black lives by the hundreds. Tranquility equates to being calm and therefore safe. Again, our betters have a real desire for war.
Peace is possible when our leaders without prejudice provide for the common defence and welfare of us all. The problem is, we have nothing in common with each other. Our culture has succumbed to every desire of our flesh and so a “us against them” atmosphere exists today. The live and let live foundation of a free nation has evaporated before our eyes.
Which leaves us to ask, what are we passing on to our posterity? Hatred, envy, a need for legislated revenge, a discarding of our past; an abandonment of the American Eden.
So we live in that distasteful time between liberty and tyranny. We’re not used to fighting the fight of liberty. We’ve fought with words which now the leftist controlled society has silenced at every opportunity and we are left with a decision; do we live on our knees or die on our feet?
It seems it is 1776 all over again.
